Apptix (News - Alert), a provider of hosted Microsoft Exchange e-mail, Microsoft SharePoint, and business VoIP services, recently announced that MC2 Incorporated, a Wisconsin-based wireless voice and data business solution reseller, realized increased productivity and lowered its IT infrastructure and maintenance costs since it switched to Apptix hosted solutions in 2009.

 

According to the company, MC2 experienced significant downtime and malicious activity on its Web site and business communications infrastructure. The firm spent thousands of dollars on IT consultants and patches, which had little to no effect on downtime.
