Directory Access Protocol to give users access to directory services,

network trouble occurs with a multi-site connection. A Panasonic KX-NS
series PBX at each site in a multi-connection system can operate as a
DECT (News - Alert) wireless handsets and mobile phone integration reduce
customer wait times and ensure they speak to the right person at the
right time. Users can easily switch between desk phones and portable
devices during conversations by connecting mobile phones as office
extensions, allowing them tomaintain the same identity and caller ID.
An optional built-in call center offers call monitoring and
call history reports that provide a better understanding of challenges
or opportunities relating to customer service. Users can automatically
record and backup customer conversations with the KX-NSX, allowing
supervisors to understand customer service issues and opportunities.
