NYCM Insurance Wins Gold Stevie Award Customer Service Department of the Year

NYCM Insurance has been named Service Department of the Year and honored
with a Gold Stevie® Award - one of the world's top awards recognizing
contact center, customer service and sales professionals. The Gold
Stevie, the highest honor in the category, was presented at the eighth
annual Stevie Awards Dinner and Ceremonies at the Bellagio, Las Vegas,
on Feb. 21, 2014.
Named as a finalist in the same category in 2012 and 2013, NYCM won the
2014 Gold Stevie in a year that saw more than 1,500 entries among which
only 42 percent were recognized as finalists, and only one honored with
this specific title. Finalists were determined by the average scores of
260 professionals worldwide who acted as preliminary judges. More than
130 experts on seven specialized final judging committees determine the
Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award placements from among these
