Perion Network to Announce Fourth Quarter and Year End 2012 Financial Results on March 13, 2013

Perion Network Ltd. (NASDAQ: PERI) today announced that it will release its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2012, on March 13, 2013 prior to the opening of the market. Management will host a conference call to discuss the results at 10:00 AM EDT that day.

The timing of the conference call reflects the recent acquisition of SweetPacks and efforts to complete the integration of SweetPacks with Perion.
