NetSocket, a leading provider of network service assurance solutions for unified communications (UC) in enterprise and service provider environments, today announced its Cloud Experience Manager (CEM) has been tested and qualified as an ISV in Microsoft's (News - Alert) Unified Communications Open Interoperability Program for Lync Communications Server.
