This year TransNexus will be featuring the new SDReporter 5.0 VoIP reporting and analysis software. The latest version of SDReporter is now compatible with Acme Packet (News - Alert) Session Border Controlers, BroadWorks, and Cisco Call Manager. "Our customers have many different types of network," said Dalton. "With this release, our customers can expect for SDReporter to integrate seamlessly with their network, regardless whether they use Acme Packet, BroadWorks, or Cisco."
In addition, SDReporter 5.0 includes updated VoIP fraud detection solutions. TransNexus products detect suspicious spikes in traffic and send automatic email and SNMP alerts. This year, TransNexus has introduced new fraud blacklisting and custom fraud scoring. Customers may upload their own blacklist and simplify fraud trigger provisioning by assigning fraud scores by dial code.
