Annese Partners with EC3 to Release Hosted Unified Communications Offering

Dec 20, 2012 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- Annese & Associates, Inc. has augmented its unified communications (UC) repertoire by partnering with EC3, a cloud based unified communications solutions provider and Cisco distributor, to offer a Hosted UC alternative to its traditional offering.


EC3's Synergy solution is a cloud based platform encompassing a full suite of hosted voice, video, messaging, and collaboration solutions and services developed exclusively for IT Resellers, VAR's, Integrators, and Managed Service Providers.

"Whether we are able to develop these managed offerings internally or partner out, we will make the necessary investments to ensure best-in-breed solutions for our customers," acknowledges Jamie Aiello, VP of Services at Annese. "Annese feels that with the addition of EC3's Synergy solution, we are strongly positioned to offer a comprehensive hosted UC solution to any market." This new partnership is a strategic move for Annese. The company's business model has shifted to focus on positioning managed, cloud, and hosted services around its Collaboration and Data Center Virtualization solutions.

Unified communications, a subset of Annese's Collaboration Practice, is one its longest standing foundational competencies.
