Neoris Cited as a Strong Performer in SAP Services by Independent Research Firm

The Forrester (News - Alert) Wave offers a detailed analysis of vendors' products and services based on transparent, fully accessible criteria.

Forrester conducted SAP services evaluations in 2010 and interviewed 19 vendors and 186 user companies and found Neoris had one of the highest average ratings in Client Satisfaction. In the words of Forrester's report: "Neoris clients gave the provider excellent marks on overall satisfaction, 4.88 out of 5 - one of the hghest client rating averages in the study." In Forrester's 65-criteria evaluation of SAP services providers, Neoris tied for the highest score in Discrete Product Capabilities, which measures the provider's implementation capabilities across specific functional areas.

Forrester also mentioned Neoris in its evaluation of the market that found that "offshore providers continue to narrow the gap with MNCs.
